Looking for a nice Minnesota community that features a giant orange horse and homes that are pretty darn cheap? Then Mora MN real estate is just for you, and the prices are right, too! Just find the intersection of MN 65 and MN 23 on a map, and you are there, just about an hour north of Minneapolis. You can generally find about seven or eight dozen Mora homes for sale going for an average of just under 150K or so, and only a few of them priced more than 300K. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Best of all, you are already half way up to Northern Minnesota’s north woods vacation paradise, and but if you don’t want to drive to the lake every weekend, you can probably find affordable Mora MN real estate with lakeshore, especially on a nice walleye-laden lake called Knife Lake in Kanabec County.
We are not sure of people who live in Mora are called “Morans,” but most of them are very active and outdoorsy. Mora is home Mora Vasaloppet, the largest cross country ski race in Minnesota, the Mora Bicycle tour, and the Snake River Canoe Race.
It’s Worth Repeating: Mora MN Real Estate Listings are Affordable
Can’t afford a house in one of those Twin Cities suburbs? Then go North, young man! You can find some great properties that are only about ten years old that are selling in the low to mid 100’s, and if you are willing to spend up to 300K, you can get yourself a piece of Mora real estate in the form of a nice Minnesota lake home on Fish Lake.
